Set within an enclosed garden, Bailies Cottage is a traditional holiday home with a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
Bailies Cottage features a large family kitchen with dining table, living room with woodburning stove, large bathroom with white fluffy towels, comfortable beds decked in luxury linen and a private garden with a Wood-burning Hot Tub, BBQ, fire pit and outdoor dining area.
Step out of Bailies in the morning to stroll down to the river, through the estate’s historic rock gardens. Cast a line in the Deveron with the guidance of a dedicated ghillie, or simply enjoy taking a long walk along its banks, returning to the warmth of the wood-burning stove.
Please note that Bailies Cottage has an oil-fired central heating system, as well as a wood-burning stove in the living room, logs are provided. Bailies Cottage is on two levels, with one bedroom downstairs and the other two bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs. Bailies Cottage has an enclosed (hedged, not fenced) garden and is dog friendly. Dogs must be impeccably behaved indoors and around sheep and wildlife including birds, squirrels, hares and deer. The cottage is suitable for infants and children, please advise if you require a cot and high chair.
