Step out of Bailies Cottage in the morning to stroll down to the river, through the estate’s historic rock gardens. Cast a line in the Deveron with the guidance of a dedicated ghillie, or simply enjoy taking a long walk along its banks, returning to the warmth of the wood-burning stove.

Bailies Cottage underwent an extensive renovation during 2024, with the addition of an accessible downstairs en-suite bathroom, brand new kitchen and refreshed bedrooms and living spaces including beautiful soft furnishings to create a warm and welcoming family home.

Check-in is between 4pm and 6pm. We don’t offer check-in on Thursdays or Sundays.
Check-out is before 10am, we offer late check-out on Sundays only.
