Butlers Cottage stands on its own, with views across the valley. Wake up to the sound of birdsong and take a walk through the estate’s arboretum and historic rock gardens to the river. Enjoy dining outside by the BBQ, with squirrels and birds visiting the garden.

  • Check-in is between 4pm and 6pm. We don’t offer check-in on Thursdays or Sundays. 


    Check-out is before 10am, we offer late check-out on Sundays only.

  • Make sure to read our Terms & Conditions before booking.

    We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remainder due 14 days in advance of your holiday.

The gardens on the property are spectacular and we loved walking around, exploring the estate and letting our little one run and jump in the puddles.
